Planned on Tuesday, 14:00 - 16:00 in Room 1.2.

Coordinators:

  • Michael Braun; GESIS - Leibniz Institute for the Social Sciences, Germany

Description:

Researchers are invited to submit proposals for papers for possible inclusion in a session concerned with the analysis of cross-cultural and cross-national survey data at the European Survey Research Association conference, June, 29 – July, 3, 2009 in Warsaw. Papers in this session will present analytic strategies for evaluating multiple-group measurement equivalence. This might include both innovative research designs (MTMM designs, cross-national factorial surveys) and the application of data-analytical strategies (structural equation modeling, multilevel modeling, etc.). Proposals should be no more than 500 words in length.
